Locate an error on a report? Just click on that line in the report to go back to the transaction and make your changes. Once you are done, just click the save button! In that one simple change, all items linked to that transaction are updated and refreshed, including your bank account amounts! It’s that easy!!

1. Customize your program preferences to meet your needs by marking No Duplicates in the "My Preferences" area
2. Auto Merge: QuickBooksÒ Pro 2002 will notify you when duplicate data is entered and will give you the option to merge that data with the click of a button
